Before the first use, charge the power bank to 100 % through the USB-C port (or Micro-USB on the 27,000 mAh model). A USB-C PD wall adapter of 20 W or more gives the shortest charging time.
While the power bank is charging, the percentage on the screen flashes. When it shows a steady 100, the battery is full and you can unplug it.
To charge a phone or tablet, press the power button once to activate the outputs, then connect your device with its original or a certified cable.
Use the USB-C port or one of the 22.5 W USB-A ports for fast charging. A green lightning symbol on the display confirms that fast charging is running.
